This flavoured kelp seasoning range is made with a blend of wild harvested New Zealand kelp (harvested and air dried ), and other natural, GM, gluten free ingredients.  All products are gluten and dairy free.

Ingredients*:

• Chilli – New Zealand Kelp Seaweed (Ecklonia radiata) 53%, Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices (Capsicum 9%), Sunflower Oil, Spice Extracts.
• Garlic – New Zealand Kelp Seaweed (Ecklonia radiata) 68%, Garlic 21%, Raw Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Spices.
• Lemon – New Zealand Kelp Seaweed (Ecklonia radiata) 64%, Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices, Onion Powder, Natural Flavour, Lemon Oil <1%, Sunflower Oil, Citric Acid.

*there is a small amount of a raw, unprocessed sugar in some of the seasonings, simply to carry flavour. When compared to other seasoning products there is significantly less sugar in our seasoning range.
